The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued the final rule, Medicare Program; End-Stage Renal Disease Prospective Payment System (PPS), Quality Incentive Program (QIP), and Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (CMS-1526-F), on November 22, 2013, to be effective on January 1, 2014.
