This series of learning modules is designed to empower nephrology nurses with knowledge, skills, and confidence to utilize evidence-based practice. Although evidence-based practice involves practical application of the research being conducted throughout the nephrology arena, it can be intimidating to those who believe that research is complex and difficult. This series is designed to increase the ease with which practicing nurses can determine the appropriateness of research found in various venues, particularly those nurses who have been hesitant to begin their journey into working with the evidence that serves as the backbone for improving nursing practice.
