Job Position and Professional Responsibilities
Director of Operations for Inpatient Services overseeing 29 inpatient dialysis locations in 4 states. Responsible for administrative, fiscal, clinical, and regulatory oversight.
I have been an active member of the nephrology nurse community since 1994. I have held the President-Elect position for one year of which we received Chapter of the Year as well as President of the Keystone Chapter for 2 years. Under my tenure as President, our chapter received the ANNA National Chapter of the Year award. I have been a member of our Annual Spring Day of Learning Education symposium planning committee for the past 6 years and have encouraged membership in all nephrology nurses I meet to join and participate in ANNA.
Role in ANNA projects/activities illustrating support of ANNA’s mission, goals, and objectives
Membership. Actively promote and encourage membership and participation in ANNA and our local chapter through membership incentives.
Professional Development. Have been an active participant in the annual day of learning event for our chapter and encourage participation in same.
Advocacy. Participated in chapter advocacy events, attended presentation of proclamation from local state representatives.
