Sample Congressional Record Statement and Proclamation
Members of Congress and state elected officials are often looking for ways to demonstrate their support for nephrology nurses and interest in kidney disease issues. One of the simplest ways for a Member of Congress to show their support is to write a Congressional Record Statement or offer a proclamation recognizing the importance of KDAE Week.
In order to help Members of Congress and local officials take this action, ANNA has developed a sample Congressional Record Statement and Proclamation. These sample documents can be tailored to fit your specific purpose. We suggest you use the ANNA State Fact Sheets, or other reliable data, to enhance the presentation of these documents.
