CEAB Fee Schedule for CNE Accreditation Programs

*For chapter applicants: For programs 18 contact hours or greater, there is an additional fee of $20 per contact hour.  (A program that is 19 contact hours would be $190; a program that is 20 contact hours would be $210, etc.)

**For middle category applicants: For programs 18 contact hours or greater, there is an additional fee of $40 per contact hour.  (A program that is 19 contact hours would be $550; a program that is 20 contact hours would be $590, etc.)

Chapter rates apply only to those programs that are sponsored solely by an ANNA chapter or a group of chapters.

Middle category rates apply to the following organizations: This category includes ESRD Network and their affiliates, health care facilities and nonprofit organizations not receiving corporate support. For ANNA chapters collaborating with one of these organizations the fee will be discounted by the corresponding chapter fee. For example, a $190 program would cost $140 (a difference of $50, the chapter rate). For programs supported by industry, please use the Corporate Member category.

LATE FEES

On Time – Applications received 45 or more days prior to the educational event are considered ON TIME and will be processed at the normal application fee.
Late – Applications submitted 44-35 days prior are considered LATE and require double (2x) the application fee
Rushed - Applications submitted 34-21 days prior are considered RUSHED and require triple (3x) the application fee.
Corporate applications require an additional 34% of the application fee for LATE submissions, and additional 67% of the application fee for RUSHED submissions.

The appropriate fee must be submitted each time the activity is repeated. For example, if a chapter presents a 1.0 contact hour activity in the morning and repeats the same activity in the afternoon, the fee would be $50 for the AM session and $50 for the PM session - a total fee of $100. Refer to Repeat Educational Activities in the Guidelines.

We will accept applications from chapters of other specialty nursing associations. Add $10 to the ANNA Chapter Rate.

CERTIFICATE FEES

ANNA Chapters
100 Certificates (and the filing of those certificates) are included in the application fee. Additional packets of 20 certificates (and the filing of those certificates) are available for $5 per packet.

Non-ANNA Chapters
50 Certificates (and the filing of those certificates) are included in the application fee. Additional packets of 20 certificates (and the filing of those certificates) are available for $10 per packet.
