You will be part of a nephrology tradition of comprehensive management. Due to early referral of CKD we achieve comprehensive management, pre-ESRD fistula maturation and pre-emptive transplantation for ESRD patients.
Our 800 + patients comprise approx. 100 dialysis, 100 plus transplant recipients and, the balance CKD, hypertension & vasculitis. With a local population of about 350,000 – Eureka is the regional medical hub and enjoys excellent co-management with our surgeons and specialists.
You will be rounding at both dialysis units and pre-ESRD clinic - alternating with the nephrologist. Inpatient management skills highly desirable.
