ANNA's Leadership Toolkit is an online curriculum of resources compiled by the ANNA Leadership Committee. The toolkit is designed to guide nephrology nurses through the competencies of leadership, progressing from novice to expert. The Leadership Toolkit includes the following domains: Advocacy and Policy Effective Resource Management Evidence-Based Practice Interpersonal Effectiveness Leadership Personal Mastery Systems Thinking Within these domains, resources are grouped by competency level (novice, competent, expert) and topic.
