Assistant Nurse Manager-NYP Columbia University Irving Medical Center, New York, NY
The Assistant Nurse Manager facilitates efficient and cost-effective daily operations of the unit in relation to patient throughput including but limited to admissions, discharges and transfers; promotes a culture of safety and quality in the implementation of established standards, protocols, policies and procedures. In collaboration with the Patient Care Director, Assistant Nurse Manager will oversee Columbia Inpatient Hemodialysis unit, Outpatient Hemodialysis, Apheresis unit and Dialysis unit at the Allen location.
The hours are from Monday to Friday, preferably from 8am to 4pm with start time flexible. There is option to transition to 4 days/10 hour shift once orientation is completed.
