A transcript is a cumulative, up-to-date listing of all ANNA approved/provided programs or events that you completed or attended. The Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) accepts ANNA transcripts as documentation of nursing continuing professional development. ANNA maintains certificates for ANNA approved/provided activities for up to 6 years (for ANNA members and nonmembers).

To print a transcript for your completed education, log in to www.annanurse.org. Once logged in, navigate to My Account and click on My ANNA Credits and Transcript. Click on Download Custom Contact Hour Transcript and enter the time frame for the credit you would like to view. A custom transcript will download in PDF format.
