Why Participate?
This is a unique opportunity for nephrology nurses to lead interdisciplinary teams, collaborating across professions and departments, to develop solutions that create systemic and sustainable changes. Who Can Apply?
- Nurse-led teams from non-profit health systems or those with a fiscal sponsor
- Teams must include at least one member of executive leadership as an advisor or sponsor
- Projects must start implementation by January 2025 and complete by December 31, 2025
